"I was involved in an automobile accident in 1993 and was rushed to the hospital after my vehicle was totaled and I sustained serious injuries.  I was checked at the E.R. in Lewisville as I complained of burning, stinging neck and back pain, headache, dizziness, disoriented and confused.  I was released with medications to ease my pain with no follow up appointment anywhere.  Once the meds were gone the pain was back and it seemed worse.  I was on my own to deal with this accident and my excruciating pain.  I went to a massage therapist but only resulted in temporary relief.  I was then referred to a local chiropractor.  At first, I was skeptical because I had never been before and did not know what to expect.  At the same time, I could not handle the pain anymore so I went in for a consultation.  After conventional medicine did not ease my pain long term I found a chiropractor that relieved my pain and corrected my spine in a matter of 8 weeks.  The doctor performed an exam and x-rays then an MRI revealed 3 ruptured discs in my neck but chiropractic care saved me and I still enjoy the benefits of chiropractic care today!  Treatment consisted of Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy, adjustments to the spine to relieve nerve pressure and realign spinal segments.  I am a living testament to the powers of chiropractic care and I know it can help you!  After I returned from Desert Storm, I went to school from 1993-2001 to pursue a career in chiropractic.  I attended Northlake College and UNT for pre-med followed by graduate school at Texas Chiropractic College.  I began practice in 2001 and currently practice in Lewisville, TX."
